You've Been Doing Everything Right

and still searching

You've taken your child to specialists. You've tried supplements, dietary changes, therapy after therapy. You've spent hours researching, advocating, and coordinating between providers who may not ever talk to each other. And still, you feel like something fundamental is being missed.

Most families of children with autism spend between $30,000 and $60,000 per year on fragmented care: separate specialist visits, ABA, OT, speech therapy, supplements, and labs that have never been coordinated into a single plan.

Each provider addresses one piece. No one holds the full picture. That's what this program exists to change. Not by replacing what's working, but by adding the precision medicine layer and whole-family support that ties it all together with two pediatric experts who communicate every week and write you one clear plan.

For less than what most families already spend on uncoordinated care, this program delivers something none of that fragmented spending can: a single, coordinated precision medicine plan built around your child's specific biology.

Three Foundations,
Delivered Simultaneously

Partial treatment produces partial results. This program delivers all three foundational components simultaneously.

Children playing together outdoors at golden hour

Precision Medicine

Comprehensive labs tailored to what each individual child needs, including microbiome testing, immune markers, infection panels, metabolic markers, micronutrients, toxins, and genomics. Every result is interpreted and organized into a treatment plan built specifically around your child's biology.

Parent Training

The Incredible Years Autism Parent Training Program — a clinically validated curriculum that helps you understand your child's behavior in a new way, build the parent-child relationship, and respond in the moments that matter most. Weekly 90-minute in-person group sessions.

Child Counseling

For verbal children, individual weekly sessions that build emotional vocabulary, self-regulation skills, and communication tools.

How the Program Is Structured

Every child's health challenges are unique. The treatment plan is built from your child's own data.

Program Start

Comprehensive Baseline Labs

Labs are completed based on what each individual child needs and may include microbiome testing, evaluation for toxins, immune markers, infection panels, metabolic markers, micronutrients, and genomics. Dr. Ashley interprets every result before a single treatment decision is made.

Throughout

Parent Training & Child Counseling

Weekly in-person parent training using The Incredible Years program to improve understanding of your child's behavior, enhance communication, and reduce parental stress. Plus individual child counseling for verbal children to improve social skills, emotional regulation, and behavior management.

Weeks 1–8

Microbiome ReSet

A structured 8-week protocol designed to prepare your child's gut for healing so that when microbiome testing results come back, we are ready to move forward immediately. All families participate together, with built-in peer accountability.

Ongoing

Individualized Treatment Layers

Support mitochondrial function. Optimize nutrition based on genomics. Address toxins if needed. Optimize the microbiome. Strengthen the immune system. Each layer is introduced in the order that makes the most sense for your child's specific lab picture.

Month 3

Repeat Labs & ATEC Progress Check

The ATEC is completed at the beginning, at 3 months, and at 6 months to track progress in speech, social interaction, sensory awareness, and overall health. Repeat labs show what has shifted biologically and guide next steps.

Month 6

Integration & Forward Guidance

Dr. Ashley and Ms. Allison review each family's full progress and provide clear guidance on how to continue building on everything your child has gained.

Your Pediatric Expert Team

Two pediatric experts. One coordinated plan. Every single week for six months.

Common Questions

This is not coaching. This is direct medical care combined with evidence-based parent training and licensed child counseling. Dr. Ashley provides hands-on precision medicine with lab interpretation, individualized treatment protocols, and weekly clinical oversight. Ms. Allison delivers evidence-based Incredible Years parent training and provides individual therapy sessions for your child. Two providers coordinate weekly and produce one written plan for your family. Most programs offer advice or general guidance. We provide actual clinical treatment across three disciplines at the same time because partial treatment produces partial results.
This is a private, physician-led program that operates outside of traditional insurance to provide the highest level of personalized, coordinated care without limitations on visit frequency or treatment decisions. We can provide a statement of services for potential out-of-network reimbursement, and we encourage you to check with your insurance provider about your specific plan. Some labs are covered by insurance. Those that are not are included in the program pricing.
Dr. Ashley is a practicing pediatric consultant and Ms. Allison is a licensed clinical social worker. Both practice under their Georgia licenses. The in-person parent group sessions and direct clinical consultation are core to the program and require geographic proximity. This is what allows us to provide the level of hands-on, coordinated care that makes this program work.
The Whole Child Autism Program is designed for children with autism between the ages of 4 and 10.
We work alongside your child's primary pediatrician and existing therapies, including ABA, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and any other services your child currently receives. Dr. Ashley adds the functional and integrative precision medicine layer that coordinates and informs without disrupting the care your pediatrician and therapists already provide. Ms. Allison communicates directly with your child's school and therapy providers. More support. Zero friction.
Every child is different, but families can expect to see improvements in digestion, sleep, behavior, communication, and focus. Progress is measured with the ATEC (Autism Treatment Evaluation Checklist) every other month, a validated instrument that scores speech, social interaction, sensory awareness, and overall health. In addition to the ATEC, families have weekly check-ins with Dr. Ashley and Ms. Allison to discuss progress and adjust the plan.
Families who will do well in this program are ready to commit six months to a coordinated, intensive approach. They follow through on weekly recommendations, attend all sessions, and put in consistent effort at home. They understand that meaningful, lasting change takes time and sustained attention. If you are looking for a quick fix, are not able to dedicate the time each week, or are not ready to fully commit to a 6-month process, this program is likely not the right match.
All physician consultations, counseling sessions, lab panels, repeat testing, and parent training group sessions are included in the program cost. There are no hidden fees for clinical services. The only additional cost is any supplements that Dr. Ashley prescribes as part of your child's individualized treatment plan. Supplement costs vary depending on what your child needs.
